The embarrassing comment
There is nothing more shameful than being wrong. When telling a woman that she is pregnant in this case, we can see that an unfortunate comment from the waiter or the waitress of this place left this person quite dissatisfied that she felt attacked when she felt that they were telling her fat.
We have already had too much with the whole history of discrimination towards plus-size people, and we do not want this kind of thing to continue happening in the world.
