This client will never return
Tips are often a measure of how good the service was for us. This person was very dissatisfied with the service that was given to him in this bar or restaurant. The probe is that in the part of the tips he only put a phrase expressing his discontent; in this way this client may not be treated in the same way as another client
who has been tipped. Unfortunately, this is very common and yet I do not think that this person will return to this place, because he did not like it at all. Service is simply the freedom of each one of being able to choose where to go to dinner, where to go for lunch or simply where to go to hang out and have a few drinks.
