We love tattoos that simulate there is something beneath the skin. The most important part is to create a believable teared-up skin to sell the effect you are looking at someone’s insides. In this case, it is a robot leg.
This is an excellent idea if you had an accident and broke a bone in your leg and had to undergo surgery. That way, you couldn’t just say you had a bionic leg; you could show it.
