Graffiti art or vandalism?
Graffiti is a form of free painting that can be found worldwide. It is simply art taken to another level, and the best thing is that this kind of art is present in the streets, where everyone can appreciate it. There are times, though, when the art of graffiti is called “vandalism.”
Although it was inappropriate that this person intervened in someone else’s mural, it seems that they did everything possible to keep it looking good. It looks pretty rad to us, but maybe they shouldn’t be doing this kind of thing, or they could get a fine.
