Genie and Aladdin were living in the future
Many of us are familiar with the story of Aladdin, and when we hear this name, something quickly flashes through our minds, and that is the lamp. We won’t talk about the lamp but the Genie. In the movie, Genie references modern pop culture, claiming that he had been trapped in the lamp for ten thousand years.
What does this mean? Aladdin takes place a long time away, an era after the apocalypse future where humans have just recovered from the Iron Age and the Stone Age. There are many conspiracy theories about the time period this movie takes place.
