This aunt wanted to do beach meditation on the family vacation
For some people, family vacations can be a little too much, especially if they do not get along with everyone. Sometimes the most effective method to overcome this is to be honest with one another. However, honesty only works under the appropriate circumstances. This aunt just wanted to meditate.
Perhaps this father should not have spoken up during a group meditation. Meditation by the sea, surrounded by nature, is a wonderful thing to do. There certainly should not be any unneeded anxiety to ruin such a nice feeling. However, no one should be obliged to do something they don’t want to do.
