The ocean sunfish, also known as Mola, is one of the world’s largest bony fish, weighing up to 1,000 kilograms. It has a flat body and frequently surfaces to sunbathe. They have a silvery tint, and their skin has a rough texture. Mola can be found in both temperate and tropical waters.
