Who is monitoring who?
It appears that this child will no longer be watched. Apparently, they seem to have taken it upon themselves to keep an eye on their parents. That is what some people refer to as role reversal. Well, this looks like something out of The Grudge.
If they want to do this in a less obvious way, they should definitely take a few steps back from the camera. Imagine waking up at 3 a.m. and seeing that on your monitor. They are peering into your soul with their little eyes.
