A Few of Our Favorite Potluck Recipes

Potlucks are awesome; not only are they the way to do large dinner gatherings, but most of the fun lies in a bunch of different people bringing their favorite (or go-to) dish. So when potlucks are done right, your plate becomes a smorgasbord of deliciousness. But we also get that potlucks have their challenges too. For instance, maybe you’re sick of making the same dish for every single potluck, or someone else has signed up to bring THE dish you were planning on bringing. Worry not because we’ve got you fully covered with this list of a few of our favorite potluck recipes!

Cheesy Everything Monkey Bread

What could be better than a hot ring of everything bread complete with cheese? We’re too busy drooling to even try to think of something. This monkey bread is a great make-ahead savory dish for a potluck, it’s perfect for a crowd, and you can serve your bread with a side of marinara or ranch for dipping! Get the recipe here

White Cheddar Mac and Cheese

Who doesn’t love some creamy mac and cheese? If you’re a fan of Panera, then you’ll especially enjoy this recipe because it’s a copycat recipe for the now famous (at least to us) mac and cheese you can get at the restaurant. This can easily be a make-ahead dish that you simply toss in the crockpot the next day to warm up and keep warm until lunch. (Ambien) Everyone will be thanking you after a hot spoonful of this cheesy goodness. Get the recipe here

Corn Dip

Okay, if you’ve never had corn dip, then you haven’t really lived yet. Believe us when we say we have definitely eaten so much of this in one sitting before that we made ourselves sick. (Worth it!) This dip can be served hot or cold (no preference, as it is perfect at any temperature) and is delicious with corn chips. Get the recipe here

BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders

Sliders are a crowd favorite and while there are a ton of different variations you can go with, we personally love these BBQ pulled pork sliders. The meat can be made in a smoker or oven, then the easy part – assembling the sliders. (paxmemphis.com) You’ll top your Hawaiian buns with plenty of pulled pork, layer on the cheese, top with the buns, then pour melted butter over the buns, and we highly recommend sprinkling the buttery buns with a few dashes of everything seasoning. These BBQ pulled pork sliders are so easy to put together and no one will leave hungry. Get the recipe here!
