Some people take the job of being a party pooper seriously, and this person should be awarded the party pooper of the month. We all get that exercising, especially planks, is strenuous. A minute can seem like a year, hence the caption ‘how to slow down time.’ This is because it involves using all the body’s muscles, thus intensifying the pressure.
But Mr. Smartass would love to write 150 paragraphs explaining the joke in detail. Either this person has never worked out their entire life or takes pleasure in destroying humor for people. His comment just makes me want to stop being fun and never plank again in my entire life.
