This picture has made us realize something. Fergie has always been gorgeous. Before gracing the stage with Black Eyed Peas, the famous star already had envious looks. Just look how cute she looks in that sparkly, black prom dress.
The spaghetti straps cemented the ’90s look, but the over-the-elbow black gloves and simple yet elegant jewelry set her apart. Fergie had a great sense of fashion back then, and there’s no doubt she retained her glamorous style through the years.
