Van Leeuwen is a New York-based ice cream company that has grown famous for its wide assortment of flavors, including the Kraft Macaroni and Cheese ice cream. Pizza Ice Cream is not something you see every day, especially with the thought of tomato sauce, spices, cheese, and cream swimming together in a cold blend. It is very unusual.

Reviews have been flowing in endlessly since this flavor launched, and a lot of people love it. If you are grossed at the thought of tomato sauce in your ice cream, don’t worry, it’s just tomato jam! The pizza-flavored ice cream has a creamy and cheesy taste due to the mozzarella cheese powder used; basil cookies give the added crunch of your regular pizza crust. It’s not all that bad, but you may be better off having leftover pizza from the fridge.
