Long commutes call for snacks. Most people may opt for crisps or a sandwich, along with a soda or a bottle of water. Everyone’s pet peeve is when someone in the carriage eats a hot meal. But what @lateofthepete witnessed was far worse.

Sure, eating with one’s hands is common in many cultures, but it is very questionable to eat coleslaw this way. That’s simply too much. Sitting next to someone eating slaw with their bare hands may be unsettling. Let’s be clear: we would also have gotten off at the next stop.
