She got caught while barking and growling at the neighbor’s cat
One annoying thing some neighbors do is leave their pets in the wild. First of all, it is unsafe for the poor cat or dog to be left in the streets, but it is also a problem for the rest of the neighborhood. Nobody wants to find somebody else’s cat in their yard.
In these cases, the only thing you can do is shoo the animal away. Twitter user @ScarletReaper8 was probably just trying to do that. It might be kind of weird, but loud noises, especially barking sounds, can work to scare a cat off. Nevertheless, she should have seen if the cat’s owner was there.
