Tired
It is more common than we thought for priests to forget the names of the people they are about to marry. But staying asleep in the middle of a mass is a different story. Even though weddings can be intense moments, falling asleep does not seem to be the best option.
Anyone can have a stormy night and be tired the next day. This priest fell asleep during the ceremony he was carrying out, and then he mistook the bride’s name. Was it the same as in the story we told earlier? Or was he just sleepy and forgot it?
