She transformed herself into Majin Buu
Majin Buu has different forms. Each form has its own personality and goals and they create distinct individuals. In the series, Majin Buu’s numerous forms are simply referred to as Majin Buu although their common names come from Dragon Ball Z video games.
Just like Majin Buu, Sosenka can be uncountable individuals and achieve different forms. And although this cosplay is a bit scary, we think Sosenka perfectly accomplished her goal since this character is a carbon copy of the Dragon Ball personality.
