They used a co-worker as a human ladder
If there was a manual of things you should never do, this photo would be in that book. Although these men look like trained circus acrobats, they are not; they are just some guys trying to solve a construction problem. And they didn’t do it in the best possible way.
We don’t know what the matter was, but we have to say that their idea was not good. Placing a person to use him as a ladder can lead to catastrophic consequences; why did they decide to do that? It’s a mystery. Also, we can see that they have no harnesses or other safety elements. They were definitely not thinking clearly.
