You can do whatever you want with your appearance. Some people dye their hair, others buy new clothes, and some get a giant tattoo on their forehead. There are probably few people who belong in the last group, but there are some.
This lady is a great exponent of that group. Instead of getting bangs, she chose to have a big red rose tattooed on her forehead. If she wanted to hide that part of her face, maybe that wasn’t such a good idea.
