Babies and weights should not be combined
New parents often have to find a way to do their daily tasks while juggling parenting duties. This can be tough since babies need constant care and attention. However, we would not recommend working out while carrying them.

Lifting massive weights with a carrier strapped to your front does not seem safe. That baby is in danger of getting a barbell to the face, or worse, to the head. Please do not attempt this under any circumstances.
