Having a resistance band snap you in the crotch is not good
Resistant bands can be a great aid when it comes to working out. They require more strength to stretch, so they can have the same effect as dumbells or weights. When it comes to doing pull-ups, they can also be a great aid since they can bear some of your weight for you.
That said, it is important to make sure you secure them properly. Otherwise, you will end up with a painful band wedgie just like this woman, who does not seem to be having fun at all.
