The phrase “Hakuna Matata” is best known for its presence in The Lion King’s upbeat song sung by Timon and Pumba when trying to convince Simba to live a stress-free life. Surprisingly, it’s not a made-up expression and translates to “no problems” in Swahili, an East African language.

Another fact that you probably didn’t know is that there’s a town called Matata in New Zealand. When this street artist saw the town’s welcome sign, they couldn’t resist the temptation to paint the word “Hakuna” on top.
