Seinfeld- The Chronicle (S09E21)
Jerry gets entangled with Laura, who would not want anything to do with him. However, he has committed his apartment and time to give her a nice treat after arriving in New York.
It is funny because he ends up having false hope with Laura, which does not materialize as Laura has her eyes on just friendship. The show ends with Jerry entertaining Laura without having any chance to romance her.
