Seinfeld- The Butter Shave (S09E01)
This episode shows how George and Jerry grow mustaches over the summer, which they later regret. After a butter-induced shaving injury, George used a cane to get around, and with that, he got a job with a playground equipment company because they thought he was disabled.
Kramer has a wild idea that butter is better to shave with than shaving cream. He lathers himself up but sits in the sun and forgets to take it off. As depicted in Twyla’s image above, he ends up burning the butter into his skin. The show ends with George getting a scooter from Play Now. He hits a man’s scooter with it and tries to run away, and he is flogged with a cane.
