This scene depicts George pretending to be busy by always looking frustrated, which makes his supervisor Mr. Wilhelm afraid that he is stressed out from his work. In “The Hot Tub,” Elaine has a visitor from Trinidad and Tobago who is a runner named Jean-Paul. However, he could not attend the Marathon because he overslept. After all, Elaine’s alarm clock is faulty.
Mr. Wilhelm fears that George might be stressed out from his work and sends George to meet with some visiting Houston Astros representatives to have a good time with them. However, George starts to use foul language while drinking. Twyla created a piece of art that depicts George’s relatable thought.
