These TV Shows Take Place All Over The United States But Weren’t Exactly Filmed in the Plot’s City

Nashville-Nashville, Tennessee: The performance stages in the show are real-life places on Broadway

The setting and filming of “Nashville” took place in many prominent real-life locations, such as Bluebird Cafe (replicated from the inside out) located at 4104 Hillsboro Pike, Nashville, TN. Loews Vanderbilt Hotel is close to Vanderbilt University on West End Ave, where seven scenes were shot. The musical soap opera focuses on the country music scene in Nashville. The creator wanted to portray the lives of the city’s inhabitants realistically.

It was filmed at real sound stages in Nashville. Another real-life location is Centennial Park, Elliston Place Soda Shop, located on the National Register, Nashville Merchants Restaurant, Skyblue Cafe, Layla’s Bluegrass Inn, I Dream of Weenie, and Watermark Restaurant, among others. You can visit a lot of these locations on Broadway.
