A tweet claiming that Ukraine wouldn’t react violently to Russia’s offensive
People on the Internet are obsessed with claiming their opinion is the only truth. More often than not, they end up being wrong, though. That’s the case of the following Twitter user, who was sure that Ukrainians wouldn’t put up resistance to a Russian offensive.
Clearly, this tweet hasn’t aged well. A few months later, Ukrainians didn’t put down their weapons and welcomed the Russians once they crossed the border. Unfortunately, they weren’t brothers who wouldn’t harm each other, but brothers that couldn’t stop fighting.
