Health standards have changed a lot in the past few years. People didn’t know many things were dangerous or toxic back in the day. For example, the fake snow in the 1930s film The Wizard of Oz was made of asbestos.

Nowadays, we know that this mineral has a hazardous effect on our health. It can even cause lung cancer if breathed in. Shockingly, asbestos was sold as the cleanest, whitest, and best “fireproof snow” on the market.
