This poster depicts a tragic irony about The World Trade Center
The World Trade Center in New York was one of the most impressive buildings ever. This advertisement references being close to the sky because the building was incredibly tall. Still, it can be read differently after the 9/11 tragedy.
The tragedy concerning the towers certainly took dozens of lives to heaven. We can’t blame whoever made this poster for the sad irony behind it, though. No one would’ve ever imagined what happened a few years later around those buildings.
