A never-ending summer job on the farm
The most prevalent phrases you might want to use to characterize this farmer’s job are dazed and puzzled. Every day, he lives and breathes in the same area. Therefore, it is an endless circle. You must first wake up before boarding the tractor. Russel’s summer job was all about sitting in a tractor and going around.
Russel would go around until the end of the day and then maybe take a cold shower to clean up before supper. After that, he would sleep and repeat the process the next day. It appears to be a rigorous schedule with little room for variation, though. This certainly qualifies as one of the #WorstSummerJobs ever.
