No one enjoys being micromanaged. On the one hand, this can stifle productivity and give the impression that you do not trust your employees. That is far from ideal for most people to succeed at their jobs. On the other hand, some people want to be micromanaged to ensure that their work is on point and that nothing goes wrong.
Majeed plastered the wall with ‘I quit’ notes on their last day to make a message. That is an excellent way of saying those notes are ridiculous and ineffective for informing your employees about what is going on. Hopefully, Majeed taught his boss a lesson. Majeed, keep going, and bravo for sticking it to your boss.
