A lot of people think that the tastier ingredients they throw into their dish, however mindlessly it may be, the more flavorful it becomes. That’s what people at this restaurant thought while serving cendol.
It is a dessert served in Southeast Asian countries like Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. This dessert was made using various strange ingredients that nobody would have thought would be used together in a dish, especially a dessert. Made using ice, green rice flour jelly, beans, coconut milk, and sweetened with durian fruit sauce, we can assume that its taste is probably as weird as the combination of ingredients.
