He thought his hand was screwed on correctly
A prosthetic limb can give you back a lot of freedom and independence, but it also comes with challenges. One of those is making sure all the parts are correctly attached. This man must have forgotten to double-check.
You have got to hand it to him; at least he took it well. We wonder whether he could get the hand off the handle since that prosthetic arm must have cost a pretty penny.
