Being a ten-year-old child does not save you from getting a mean comment
When we are kids, we always look for the approval of our eldest. We can be very insecure about ourselves, so we constantly share our accomplishments to get positive feedback. That is why it is crucial always to support the children we know.
This child wanted positive feedback about her pixie cut from her grandma. Instead, the woman simply called the ten-year-old ugly. Maybe she was unhappy with the hairstyle, but that is no excuse to mistreat a grandkid.
