A demanding client didn’t like a dish and left a one-star review
If you find that all of the dishes you’ve ordered taste awful, it’s fair to leave a one-star review. However, this person and their friends tried eight items from the menu and enjoyed most of them.
At least, that’s what the restaurant’s owners claim. If they’re telling the truth, which the detailed account seems to suggest, you can see why they were taken aback by this negative review. They even offered to replace the dish they didn’t like with a different one.
