A chicken restaurant called this customer a liar
Getting caught lying about one specific situation immediately undermines everything else you say, regardless of whether the rest of your speech was truthful or not. So consider this if you’re going to complain about the quality of a restaurant’s food.
Maybe the burger Anthony ordered didn’t, in fact, have one bit of spice. And perhaps the chicken strips were smaller than they should’ve been. But his negative comment regarding some fries he never actually received clouded the whole review.
