Food constitutes a channel through which a nation’s culture is transmitted. Try to imagine Italy without its delicious meals high in carbs or China without its millennial noodles. Because of this, many chefs respect the tradition their dishes carry.
Erika disapproved of the price-quality ratio of this restaurant and had the nerve to question the chef’s knowledge of Cambodian food. Little did she know that the cook was Cambodian, as was the rest of the kitchen staff.
