Imagine you’ve ordered Chinese takeaway from your favorite restaurant in town. After some time, you start to wonder if something happened with the delivery man because the food is taking forever. When it finally arrives, you realize it’s completely cold.
Leaving an adverse review would be reasonable in that situation, since eating cold food is extremely annoying. But there are some exceptions to this rule. Complaining about receiving a cold milkshake, as Harry did, is pretty foolish.
