A Little Theatrics To Scare Students into Behaving
You have to have the temperament of a saint and absolute self-control to teach high schoolers. They can be mean, disrespectful, and very rude! Sometimes, only the thought of the repercussions keeps you in check when they begin to act up, but in some extreme cases, they need to be shown that you aren’t a fool for remaining calm or quiet, and a few little shows like this could work.
I commend this teacher for his quick thinking. Most students only act rude, or disrespect teachers they believe are too calm or unable to challenge them. So, put on a worthy performance and watch them fall in line. No one needs to be hurt, but they’ll think twice before trying anything stupid.
