Everyone knows makeup brushes should be cleaned from time to time. If you weren’t aware of this, you should start disinfecting them weekly, as these brushes gather the bacteria of chemical products and later touch your face. There are rubber mats designed for this specific purpose.

Simply put some shampoo on your brushes’ bristles and push them into your cleaning mat. Needless to say, you’ll be grossed out once you see all the gunk and old makeup that was trapped inside and is now on your sink.
