Castle Window
It may have taken you a couple of seconds to realize what you are seeing. We had to do a double-take, too. What you are seeing in the middle of the picture is a tiny window, with a tiny roll-up curtain. It reminds us of where the archers shot arrows from the castle.
Is it really that necessary to have such a small window? If there is any other opening on the wall, I would vote to wall it off and paint on top of it. There is actually no need for such a tiny window, no matter how cute the tiny curtain may be.
