Not color-blind friendly
This picture can be pretty funny when you see it. Leaving perfectionism aside, think of the people who can’t distinguish colors from each other. More than one person will be unpleasantly surprised. Or maybe if you are just not paying attention, you have yourself your recipe for disaster.
Maybe, mixing everything up is a way of helping the customer be a more aware person. Or maybe there aren’t good people left in this world, and this is just a prank. But then, the one who did this is setting themselves up to end up with ketchup all over their clothes. Which is the most likely way this will end.
