Going on a trip is not only stressful for the traveler, but also for their entire inner circle. Their family needs to plan for their absence and deal with them being gone. On top of that, they need to go pick them up when they return.
Doing all that takes a lot of effort. This lady was clearly tired of having to pick up their significant other, so she brought along a sign that would clearly convey her feelings.
