Women often get unsolicited comments about their bodies in the strangest of situations. Not even doctor’s appointments are safe. It can be highly unpleasant to receive vaguely forward remarks while lying on an examination bed. Unfortunately, this Twitter user had to deal with quite an uncomfortable check-up.
You probably would not feel like going to see him again if he compared you to his wife every time. Perhaps she did indeed resemble his wife, but he could have kept that information to himself. What can you even reply in this situation? “Thank you, but I am not your wife,”? That would be one awkward consult.
