How can you fail so hard at placing windows?
You have to be really smart to be an architect. To build any sort of structure, you need to figure out hundreds of equations that ensure the end result will turn out perfect and stable. You can think of assembling a building as a mathematical problem that needs to be solved.
This is what happens when you want to make things quickly. These people could have taken the time to take measurements or, at least, place the windows straight. Instead, they decided to rush and make this atrocity.
