Don’t complain about orthography if you don’t know basic grammar rules
When you go to school, you learn dozens of grammatical and orthographical rules. Some people don’t care much about them, but they do make a difference when writing notes. If you don’t follow them, people may call you out on it.
Whoever wrote this sign was trying to give instructions to their employees. However, one of them couldn’t handle their boss’s grammar mistake, so they pointed it out. Their correction is legit, though—you should never place apostrophes on plural nouns. Everyone knows that.
