Smashing the button of the printer doesn’t make it print faster
When an electronic device doesn’t work correctly, our instinct is to push the buttons harder, pound it, or use force somehow. Although that helps us vent our irritation, it doesn’t make things work as they should. Most items require subtlety and tact, not violence.
This person got mad at their co-workers for breaking the button of the office printer. So, they decided to leave a passive-aggressive note against those who misused the poor, dead machine. We acknowledge that the message is rude, but we believe it was necessary.
