Therapy is worth the money
Many people think only those who are depressed, suicidal, or have anxiety go to a therapist. That’s a huge misconception; you can pay for therapy if you feel like your life is too busy and you haven’t had time for yourself, when you feel completely burned out, or just need someone to talk to.
I am sure you are aware that there are some things that you can’t just tell anyone, even your best friend, and this is not because you do not trust them, you don’t want to put that burden on them. With a therapist, you can unburden everything without worrying that they’ll judge you or tell anyone else.
