These Iconic Logos Did Not Look Like This Before

Mad magazine brought irreverent humor everywhere

Mad magazine was first published as a comic book in August 1952. Mad officially became monthly with the April 1954 edition, after nine bi-monthly issues. Since its inaugural edition, this magazine has been a hit. Their logo remained the same for nearly 60 years, making it instantly recognizable to their readers.

The new logo is similar to the old one but is a lot brighter in color. And since their decision to alter their iconic logo was significant, now everybody is eager to see the new changes. For the time being, this magazine primarily publishes reprints of old stories in print and online, with some occasional new content.
