On the battlefield, there are no rules. Everything is fair game when it comes to hurting your opponent in war. But this is no modern law. Even since the 1600s, there have been different ways to make your enemy angry. One of them is to write a message on a flag.
During the English civil war, both sides recurred to different strategies to make the other side lose their minds. However, this is one of the funniest taunts we have ever seen. We have to give this man, Horatio Cary, a round of applause for coming up with this hilarious insult.
