Practice What You Preach
It’s so hard to be taken seriously when you do not practice what you preach. I mean, look at those cheeks. A little pressure and they would go pop! He even admits that he is just a “bit” healthy. Someone, please tell him there are just two options, you are either healthy or unhealthy. There is no in-between.
This is in no way being fatphobic; this is what it is. A doctor should know better. I mean, if you spent over five years in medical school, you must have learned something that you can apply in real life. I wonder what he says to patients who are like him. Maybe he says, “Don’t be like me.”
